Room was quite big. The bathroom was clean and offered a bathing tub which was really nice. The bed was comfortable. We had a room on the 12th floor with a nice view.

Great overall.

Our room was super new, modern, clean, comfortable and had a great view and excellent bathroom. Great rooftop area and amazing views of the city.

If you’re parking, there’s a fancy stacking park lift that only hotel staff can operate. Cool, but a bit inconvenient if you need to drive out at short notice.

The room was very spacious The coffee was good I could connect my phone to the TV to watch YouTube. The facilities were clean and new. Free valet parking

Not enough outlets near the bed. I had to move the bed side table to find an outlet. The room doesn't include amenities like toothpaste or a washcloth

The room is quite comfortable, the bathroom well big enough and equipped with a wonderful shower

We had to leave quite early to catch the 5.25 am train to Seoul. At the reception desk we asked the guy to order a taxi and he denied to do so because of the early our. Only after we insisted he did and the cab arrived within 2 minutes. Unacceptable. The breakfast offered on a display at the reception desk wasn`t available, the girl in charge in the restaurant on the second floor told us that there wasn`t any food available. Poor.

Basic hotel, reasonable value for money

Fairly new building and hotel so rooms were tidy and clean. Free valet parking.

Hotel seems to have no coffee shop or bar except for breakfast serving so no option except to go out.

Next to the local bus stop. Near ojukheon

Distance to the tourist area. A bit far. Room was ok but I don't remember much of the room! Nothing special. No early checkin was allowed. Staff was not that friendly

Big and comfortable room :)

The room was awesome and it was big. The TV had Netflix too and even had a very comfortable couch. It was such a nice stay!

The heater was a bit warm at times and even to the lowest temperature it could be a bit warm and we needed to open the window for some cool air.

Quiet and Comfortable Stay

The hotel room was very comfortable and spacey enough for us, and was cleaned every day while we toured the city. I especially appreciated the staff's help with printing a simple document, and they were very welcoming in general. The beds were nice and puffy and provided a good sleep.

We enjoyed the breakfast, but think it could have been a little less pricey (14,000 won per person is a bit steep). Perhaps they could give one meal free, especially for long-term stays, or a discount package of some sort. The room was a little too warm at night, but that's an issue with most Korean hotels in the winter.

The location is very good!

The quality of the toothbrush was a little bit poor. We found some hairs on the bedsheet. Seems very cautious at the check-in for people who book with a foreigner name.
